Walking peacefully, forest around, tall and generous trees, fresh air coming in and out through your nostrils, calm and vibrant body, open senses, peace of nature growing within.

If you like it, these Yoga Walks are for you.

I have been taking meditative walks since years, and I do love to share this beautiful experience with other people.

During this day, we will walk meditatively for about four hours. We will take time to open our senses and to go back to the essential ritual of being in nature. 

The walks include some yoga ad meditation elements which will help you to fully benefit from this experience. In a conclusive sharing circle, I will be happy to offer you some yogi snacks.
